Peeling almond:

  • Drop almond into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, and after a while peel comes off easily. After that nuts should fry in a pan without oil for 5 minutes, so they are well dried.

Peeling dough:

  • Lightly beat the egg whites with sugar. add crushed almonds in a blender.Continue beating.

Add rice flour.

  • Mix well and leave aside for 20 minutes. Beat the dough again. It must get pretty thick. Spread the dough on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Cooled down biscuit remove from baking tray and sprinkle icing sugar and cinnamon.


To prepare Almond biscuit with rice flour use:

Almonds – 100 g
Cinnamon – 5 g
Egg white – 3 Item
Icing sugar – 5 g
Rice flour – 50 g
Sugar – 200 g
