Beef stew in tomato sauce

Directions

Cut beef into pieces, thickness 1.5 - 2 cm, across the fibbers.
Stir with flour and fry in preheated pan with sunflower oil.
The heat should be height, for crust on top and juice inside.
Fried pieces of meat place to heat-proof cookware.
Sprinkle meat with dried herbs.
Add tomato puree to the meat (can use fresh peeled and finely chopped tomatoes).
Top hide with fried in onion, and add a little water.
Put the cookware on a low heat and close lid.
Meat should be cook 1.5 hours to become soft and tender.
However, the cooking time depends of the meat quality.
Stir periodically for avoid sticking to bottom.
5 min. to the end, season with salt and pepper.

dry basil - 5 g
marjoram - 10 g
onion - 200 g
plain flour - 50 g
salt - 5 g
tomato puree - 200 g
