Wash the beef, dry it and cut in small cubes.
Then wash the pumpkin, dry it, remove the peel and cut into small pieces.
Slice paprika into thin strips.
Cut onion into rings.
Fry the beef in a frying pan with butter.
Fry the onions separately.
Add the meat with the stock and cook over medium heat for half an hour.
Then add pumpkin and paprika, simmer another half hour.
