Real Hungarian Goulash - something like a thick beef soup, beautiful saturated colours,
always with paprika, lots of meat and vegetables.
Fry sliced onions, on pan with oil until golden-brown colour.
When onion is golden sprinkle it with ground paprika, stir well.
A few minutes later add the meat (cut into large cubes).
Season with salt and black pepper.
Fry all together on high heat.
Then add bit water.
Cover with lid and cook for a one hour.
At this time, slice the carrots and bell pepper.
Add to the goulash carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes and garlic.
Then add boiled water and cook 15 min.
Stir and cook 15 min more.
When the beef becomes soft, add large cubes of cut potatoes in the goulash.
When potato is ready, turn off the heat and leave aside for a few minutes.
