Fry chopped onion into the pan with preheated oil.
Add diced beef and fry more.
Cook 10 - 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped celery and spring onions.
Place the beans in frying pan, when beef came tender.
Add cumin, chilli powder, salt and tomatoes puree.
Stir, bring to a boiling point and turn off the heat.
Heat the taco shells and place on a plate, on top of spinach leaf.
Fill taco shells with stuffing.
Taco shells with beef and red bean serve hot.
