Clean the mushrooms and finely chop.
Onions cut into small cubes.
Warming up 10g of oil. Fry mushrooms and onion,
10-15 min., until liquid is evaporated.
Wash the parsley, chop, mix with tomato sauce, pepper and salt.
Warm up 10g of oil. Fry fillets on it from all sides,
for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove fillets from pan.
Cover the pan with baking paper.
