Wellington - fillet with mushrooms in pastry

Directions

Clean the mushrooms and finely chop.
Onions cut into small cubes.
Warming up 10g of oil. Fry mushrooms and onion,
10-15 min., until liquid is evaporated.
Wash the parsley, chop, mix with tomato sauce, pepper and salt.
Warm up 10g of oil. Fry fillets on it from all sides,
for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove fillets from pan.
Cover the pan with baking paper.
Roll out dough. On the short side cut 2 strips of width 1 cm.
Half of the puff pastry sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put in the top half of mushroom mass.
Leaving the edges free 2-3sm. and smear with egg white.
Preheat oven to 200C. Place Beef on mushrooms.
Put in the top rest of mushrooms and onions.
Cover beef with pastry and press edges together.
Garnish with strips of dough.
Beat egg yolk with milk and spread the dough.
Place in the oven and cook 30-40min.
When it's ready, cut and let stay aside 10 min.
Serving for 6 persons.

mushrooms - 450 g
onion - 4 Item
parsley - 15 g
puff pastry - 150 g
salt - 2 g
