Sift flour into a large bowl, make a deepening in the middle.

Add to the flour and yeast, herbs, salt, oats and pour the warm milk.
Knead dough with special attachments for the mixer.
Knead for about 10 minutes, until elastic ball is formed.
Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Punch dough to burst all the bubbles.
Form a loaf.
Put on proving in heat for 40 minutes
Loaf increase in volume, lubricate it with milk.
Make slanting cuts 1-2 centimetres deep, sprinkle with oat flakes.
Bake about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Very tasty spread on a slice of bread cottage cheese or cottage cheese mixed with herbs.
