It is important to choose a pumpkin with orange flesh and good taste.
Pumpkin Peel, remove seeds and slice into pieces about 1 cm thick.
We will need 500 grams of pulp.
Spread on a baking sheet in a row, sprinkle with oil.
Cover with foil and bake at 190 degrees until tender (about 25 minutes).
Turn a pumpkin into a puree, adding a bit water if necessary.
Sift flour in a wide bowl, add salt, yeast and mix.
Make an indentation and fill with pumpkin puree.
Make sure that it is not hot.
Knead dough until smooth, while it will not come off well out of hand.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough should rise at least twice.
Now knead the dough to remove air from it, then form a loaf.
Leave it, covered with a towel for 20 minutes, then make diagonal cuts depth of 1-2 cm
Put the bread in a hot (220 degrees) oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool down pumpkin bread and serve.
