Red bread with paprika

Directions

Clean seeds from the peppers and slice into pieces.
Add 200-250 ml of water and cook several minutes until soft.
You can use microwave.
With the blender turn pepper in puree and let cool until warm.
Sift flour into a wide bowl. Add salt, yeast, and paprika.
Add crushed pepper and butter into the flour.
Knead not too stiff dough. Knead well until dough smooth and elastic.
Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for an hour.
During this time, it should increase in volume about 2 times.
Knead the dough a bit more.
Make oblong loaf and place it on a baking sheet, slightly oiled.
Put in warm place for 15-20 minutes
Then bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 35 minutes.
