Almond biscuit with rice flour

Directions

Almond:
Drop almond into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, and after a while peel comes off easily.
After that nuts should fry in a pan without oil for 5 minutes, so they are well dried.

Dough:
Lightly beat the egg whites with sugar.
add crushed almonds in a blender.
Continue beating.
Add rice flour.
Mix well and leave aside for 20 minutes.
Beat the dough again.
It must get pretty thick.

Spread the dough on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
Cooled down biscuit remove from baking tray and sprinkle icing sugar and cinnamon.
