Biscuits with candied fruit

Directions

You can choose dried fruit according to your taste.
Large pieces of fruit (dried pears, apricots, etc.) cut into small cubes and mix.
Beat melted butter with sugar, for 2-3 minutes in a blender or with mixer until smooth.
Add eggs and beat a bit more.
Add prepared candied fruits.
Pour sifted flour and oats.
Mix until smooth thick mixture.
Cover the pan with baking paper and lay out the dough using a tablespoon.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until the pastry will become golden brown.
