Cottage cheese and lemon biscuit

Directions

Mix in blender cottage cheese, sugar and egg.
Melt butter separately and pouring it to the rest of the ingredients.
Add teaspoon of liquid honey and a few drops of vanilla extract.
Mix well to a homogenous mass.
Then add the pre-sifted flour mixed with baking powder (half teaspoon).
Mix at low speed.
Then lay out the dough on work surface, add lemon zest and knead well use hand.
Divide into 16 equal parts.
Roll out a balls and place on a baking tray with baking paper
Place the baking tray in preheated oven (180-200 degrees).
Bake 10-15 minutes.
Mix two tablespoons of icing sugar and one-third tablespoon of water in bowll.
Put icing in a confectioner bag, cut a corner and put a pattern on a cooled biscuit.
Allow glaze to dry up and serve!
