Fishy bell pepper pie

Directions

Cut a puff pastry into two rectangles. (How to make puff pastry show inside.)
Bell pepper fry in oil
Place in the middle of each rectangle of dough piece of fish.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle with goat cheese.
Put a slice of roasted pepper.
Add the thyme.
Fasten edges of dough to make a envelope.
Grease edges and top with eggs.
Place on a tray, seam down.
Bake at 190 c, 20 - 25 min.

red bell pepper - 50 Item
salt - 4 g
sprig of thyme - 1 Item
