Directions

On a small heat warms honey, butter and sugar until dissolving.
Coriander, ginger and cloves grind and sieved through.
Mix and add cinnamon.

When cool to warm conditions, mix it with eggs.
Mix flour with baking powder and gradually add to the gingerbread mix.
Leave the dough for 3-4 hours.
After this time the dough lightly knead to a smooth state.
Roll out on paper to bake and cut out the figures using shapers.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 200 °.

Prepare glaze:
Mix in a bowl powdered sugar with lemon juice.
Mixing gradually!
Per 100 grams icing accounts for approximately 2 tablespoons of liquid.
Decorate biscuits with confectioner bag.
