Napoleon cake from puff pastry

Directions

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to boil.
Mix flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and cognac.
Pour the milk and mix.
Simmer it on low temperature, until thick, stirring constantly required.
Cool down the cream.

Sprinkle the surface for rolling out dough with flour.
Roll out the dough.
Preheat oven to 200° C.
Bake 5 layers approximately 15 minutes on each side.
Cool down the layers and neatly cut in half lengthwise.
Spread each layer with cream and fold one on another.
Each layer sprinkled with grated walnuts.
Spread top cake with cream and carefully cut off the edges.
Then spread cream all sides.
The latter half of the layer will go on cake decoration. Chop it and sprinkle sides.
Top abundantly sprinkled with grated walnuts.
Put in fridge for at least an 6 hours.
After that, slice and enjoy the taste!

plain flour - 250 g
puff pastry - 1500 g
sugar - 400 g
