Cut into the cubes peeled pumpkin
Bake until tender in a buttered form, cover it with foil.
It takes approximately 40 minutes at 190° C.
Put shortbread dough into the form, forming a bottom and sides.
Place in a preheated 180° C oven on 10 minutes.
Grind the pumpkin in a blender, pouring the formed liquid and add 2 egg yolks, spices and half the sugar.
Separately, beat the whites with remaining sugar until thick stable foam.
Pumpkin puree mix gently with whipped whites and lay out into the dough.
Bake until done at 180° C (40-50 minutes).
