1. Put butter in saucepan, pour water, add salt.
Cook until boiling.
2. Add flour and cook at medium temperature.
Mix well at all time of cooking.
Flour should be welded, and the dough stick together into a ball.
3. Put the dough in a bowl.
Cool it down to 60° c.
4. Gradually add eggs, and mix with mixer, until the dough begin to pull.
5. Forming dough and bake in preheated oven at 220 - 230 c., 25 - 35 min.
If dough become soft - pastry will be flat.
If dough become hard - pastry will be not airily.
Dough can bake straight.
Or make form, freeze and bake next day. Place in hot oven straight from freezer, do not defrost it.
