Directions

1. Pour into a bowl flour and salt.
2. Cut the butter into small pieces.
3. Mix the egg yolks with cold water and add to the dough.
4. Knead the dough. Add a bit of water, if necessary.
5. Wrap the dough with clean, dry towel and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
