Pour the yogurt into a bowl and whisk.
Add salt, dried parsley, coriander, cayenne pepper and chopped cilantro.
Stir well and set aside.
Wash meat, cut into pieces 3 cm wide.
Add cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Stir fry meat in small portions.
Fry quickly on all sides until brown color.
Put fried pieces on a dish.
Finely chopped onion fried in the same pan.
Put in the pan all the meat, pour in yogurt and spices.
Add sultanas. Stir and bring to a boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour under the lid.
Remove the lid, increase the heat and heated until thick sauce.
Pour the cream and immediately serve.
