Mix the mustard and honey.
Add salt and pepper, mix again.
Then wash the lamb, dry it with paper towel and cut into small portions.
Dip meat in sauce from honey and mustard
and place in baking tray (smearing it with sunflower oil).
Sprinkle lamb with breadcrumbs.
Preheat oven to 180c.
Cook meat 40 - 50 minutes.
At the end decorate lamb with basil and serve.
