Amount of water dependent how liquid soup you prefer.
It can be Soup or puree with green peas.
Cook the chicken stock with thyme or you can use prepared.
Slightly fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Pour the chicken stock, lay the green peas and cook until done.
Grind the green peas in the blender.
Stock leave aside.
Put the puree in a saucepan, pour cream and stock.
Slightly heat the soup.
Can serve with salami.
