Directions

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil.
Heat up frying pan with oil. Stir fry cubes of bakon
until light brown color. Cook spaghetti.
Mix pasta with bakon, pecorino and pepper.

The correct name is "pasta alla gricia". Its not done with ham nor with backon. It is done with "guanciale", i..d. cheek lard
