Pasta Bolognese - easy way

The main thing for Pasta Bolognese - to use good products: fresh meat and high-quality pasta.
Cut onion into strips and fry in sunflower oil for 3 minutes.
Add beef mixed with pork, salt, pepper and fry until golden-brown colour.
There also put the garlic.
So far meat fried, put the pasta in salted water and cook until state of "al dente".
Cut skinless tomatoes and add them to the fried meat, with the liquid.
Then add greens.
Mix the meat sauce and simmer a few minutes.
