Tagliatelle with chicken liver

Directions

Cook tagliatelle in salted water. Heat up butter in frying pan.
Stir fry chopped onion. Add sliced chicken liver, boned in the flour.
After few minutes pour white wine.
Give wine evaporate and leave on heat for another 5 minutes.
Put tagliatelle in the frying pan and mix with sauce.

chicken liver - 150 g
plain flour - 50 g
salt - 2 g
tagliatelle - 400 g
white wine - 250 g

Hey I am not a regular rdaeer of your blog, but a while ago a friend of mine posted this on tumblr and I really liked the idea. When I tried it out yesterday I couldn't find this page so I basically just cut carrots into thin stripes and treated them like I would have treated pasta and made some chicken with it and that was delicious! I will try this too soon! Terrific recipe! My flatmate loved it as well!
