Pork cut at the thin portions, repelling,
marinated in spiced mayonnaise.
For the batter grate potatoes, add egg, flour,
sour cream, salt and black pepper to taste.
Roll chops in flour, then dipped in batter and fry in a pan,
both sides until golden brown.
Put in a fireproof oven-tray, pour sauce of sour cream with grated cheese,
minced garlic and chopped dill.
Cook in the oven at 180c for 40-50 minutes.
