Steaks approximately 180g. Mix chopped garlic, rosemary, coriander seeds and 20 g olive oil.
Smear this mixture over the pork. Cover with foil and marinate 4-7h.
Heat up pan with oil. Prebake the pork on both sides until golden color.
Pour in the Gin until it disappears. Pour in the apple juice.
Simmer 10 min. until pork is cooked. Best serve with mashed potatoes
and sour cream.
