Chicken cut into portions, thoroughly washed, dried on a baking tray.
Fry in hot oil about 10-12 minutes.
Finely chop garlic and onion, for sauce.
Take a deep frying pan, pour there sunflower oil,
lightly fry onion and garlic and add washed and cut into slices mushrooms.
Mix thoroughly and fry 4-5 minutes.
Skinless tomatoes cut into small cubes.
Add them to the onions, fry on low heat and pour with wine.
Then put chicken in the sauce and simmer until done.
Add in the end of cooking sour cream and paprika.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Chicken Paprikash goes well with garnishes of mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
Serve with fresh greens.
