Wash salmon fillets, dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice.
Place fish on the baking tray spread with oil.
Mix finely chopped dill, tarragon, parsley, basil and chervil with cream.
Add to creamy mixture egg yolks, horseradish and lemon zest.
Pour fish with mixture.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown color.
