If scallops are frozen, defrost them in the fridge slowly.
On a hot frying pan toss bit oil and place scallops.
Fry them from both sides until light - golden colour.
Add chopped garlic, butter and soy sauce, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with glass noodles, from beans.
Cook noodles while scallops stew.
Pour noodles with sauce from scallops.
