Seafood sticks cutlets

Directions

Grind Seafood sticks in a blender.
Finely chop the shallots.
Grate carrot.
Mix chopped sticks, onions, carrot,
egg, milk and breadcrumbs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Form cutlets.
Fry cutlets on both sides until crisp.
