Heat up wok with 10g oil. Add thinly sliced garlic. Stir fry until they start to turn golden. Slice red pepper and stir fry with garlic 1 min. Scoop out and set aside. Add 5g of oil. Stir fry prawns 3 min. Pour with soy sauce. Add spinach and stir fry until start to be soft. Return garlic and pepper. Warm up and serve.
