Boil the mussels and cut into thin slices.
In the boiling stock from the mussels,
put the washed rice in warm water.
Diced onion, fry gently in Oil,
and add in stock for 15-20 minutes before end of cooking.
Put the mussels, salt and black pepper (to taste).
For garnishing sprinkle the soup with finely chopped greens.
