Preheat oven to 175C. Grease a deep baking pan with olive oil. Lightly beaten eggs, milk, cream, and flour mix in a bowl. Put grated cheddar, salt, pepper and leave aside. Sprinkle with coriander and cumin and cook one minute more. Add chopped zucchini and fry from the both sides until browned colour. Then add tomatoes cherry. Fry until the tomatoes will be soft. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture with eggs, cream and flour into the baking pan. Place vegetables on the top, slightly pushing into the dough. Mash goat cheese pieces and spread on top of vegetables. Cook in oven for 35 minutes.
