Very famous Mexican meal having a many variations.
Sometimes the guacamole is prepared without the addition of tomatoes,
and sometimes put lightly fried chopped bacon.
Chopped onion grind with salt and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Avocados cut in half, remove seed and scraped filling.
Mash it with a fork, add a bit of lime juice.
Mix avocado mixture, onions, tomatoes and chillies.
Normally guacamole served with tortillas.
I prefer in half of the avocado skins.
