Clear the peppers from the seeds and cut lengthwise into narrow strips.
Put bell pepper and beans in the pan with preheat oil.
Beans can be frozen and cook directly from the freezer.
Remove lime zest.
Add juice of half a lime and paprika in vegetables
Cook and stirring another 5 minutes until vegetables become soft.
Add chopped parsley at the end.
Seasoned with paprika and salt, couple of minutes before garnish is done.
