Peeled potatoes cut into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on size.
Cook potatoes in saucepan with salted water.
Pour out water.
Potatoes sprinkled with chopped rosemary leaves.
Pour potatoes with oil in saucepan.
Shake a lidded saucepan, to stir well.
Then put into a preheated frying pan.
Fry on all sides until golden - brown colour.
You can also sprinkle with rosemary leaves, before serving.
