Gazpacho soup

Gazpacho soup really cool in hot weather.
Cut cross on the top of tomatoes and dip them for 1-2 minutes in boiling water.
Peel them from skin and tight core.
Using a blender make a homogeneous puree from peeled tomatoes, bell pepper and onions.
Pound peeled garlic and salt until a homogeneous slurry, then add olive oil and bread crumb.
Add a bit of water
Add the bread mixture into the vegetable puree and mix well.
If the soup is too thick, add some water or tomato juice.
Put in fridge for 1-2 hours to get the soup became very cold.
Dice the bread and drain on a hot pan, have turned to crisps.
Peel the peppers and slice into small cubes.
Peel cucumber and cut into cubes as well.
Serve gazpacho soup very cold.
Crackers and sliced vegetables serve separately.

tomatoes - 1.5 kg
