For cooking Vegetable soup with milk you need:
melt the butter in a saucepan, when hot add the potatoes(diced),
onion and vegetables(diced), stir to coat in the butter.
Sprinkle with pepper, then cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the stock (made from 1 liter water and 2 vegetable stock cubes),
and bring to the boil then simmer until the vegetables are soft,
this will take approximately 5 minutes. Liquidize, add the milk and adjust the seasoning.
